The Cooper Road-Insight Loop Extension proposed improvements include a full width roadway segment connecting Cooper Road (north of Queen Creek Road) to the Insight Way & Emmett Drive intersection and half-street improvements of Emmett Drive south to Queen Creek Road. Roads to be improved to residential collector street standard including asphalt pavement, curb, gutter, sidewalk, streetlights, and utility relocations. Utility relocation/undergrounding consists of 12.5 kv lines along Cooper Road and irrigation structures on both Cooper Road and Emmett Drive. Rightof-way (and easement) acquisitions will be required for loop connection and east side of Emmett Drive. This project will also include a new southern entrance to the Chandler Airport for access to future development/hangars. Solicitation Questions Due Date - August 9, 2023 5:00 p.m. Arizona time All solicitation questions must be emailed to paula.brown@chandleraz.gov with the subject line of “ST2303.201 COOPER ROAD-INSIGHT LOOP EXTENSION (NEAR CHANDLER AIRPORT) RFQ”. Questions received after the due date and time will NOT be considered. The City of Chandler reserves the right to reject any or all Statements of Qualifications, to waive any informality or irregularity in any SOQs received, and to be the sole judge of the merits of the respective SOQs received.
