Question Deadline 10/17/2023 at 4:00 PM MT The City of Tempe reserves the right to accept or reject any or all SOQs, to waive any informality or irregularity in any SOQ received, and to be the sole judge of the merits of the respective SOQs received It is the intent of the City to construct a new golf course complex in the general vicinity as the current clubhouse. The facility will include a pro shop, golf cart storage facility, and restaurant. As a first step, the City is looking to partner with a professional design firm with significant experience developing plans for public play golf course clubhouses to develop a Preliminary Design plan and rough order of magnitude (ROM) cost estimates for the new facility. This could also include potential modifications to the golf course, parking layout, and location of the practice facilities. The anticipated budget for this phase of the project is $60,000. The Preliminary Design plan process will be informed by City staff, CourseCo Inc., Parks, Recreation, Golf, and Double Butte Cemetery Advisory Board and community outreach.
