A signed Bond with seal for the full amount of the Bid, meeting the requirements of section 153.54 to 153.57, Ohio Revised code, OR a certified check payable to the Lucas County Treasurer for ten percent (10%) of the full amount of the bid, must be included with each bid or the bid will be disqualified.
