The Bidder is required to submit with their Bid and with their Bidder s Qualifications form, certain information about the EDGE-Certified Business Enterprise(s) participating on the Project with the Bidder. Bidders are encouraged to be enrolled in and to be in good standing in a Drug Free Safety Program ( DFSP ) approved by the Ohio Bureau of Workers' Compensation ( OBWC ) prior to submitting a Bid and provide, on the Bid Form with their Bid, certain information relative to their enrollment in such a program; and, if awarded a Contract, shall comply with other DFSP criteria described in General Conditions Paragraph 1.10 Drug Free Safety Program Participation. The OAKS Capital Improvements ( OAKS CI ) module, Ohio s Web-based project management system, is being utilized for the Project. The Contractor shall use OAKS CI module for all compatible services required under the Contract. All costs for the Contractor s use of OAKS CI for the Project shall be included in the Contract Sum, and additional compensation shall not be provided. If the Contractor is unfamiliar with the proper use of OAKS CI, the Contractor shall provide its employees for training without additional compensation.
