**As of April 5,2023, This project has been awarded to Command Construction LLC, with the awarded amount of $51,147.50.** The Town of East Hampton, CT is soliciting sealed bids for completing Low Impact Sustainable Development Stormwater Retrofits within the Lake Pocotopaug Watershed. The project generally consists of installing upgrades to existing stormwater conveyance and collection systems within Town owned/controlled land and right of ways to control nonpoint sources of water pollution within the Lake Pocotopaug watershed. Projects for this bid will include Christopher Pond and Edgemere Water Supply Wells. A satisfactory Bid Bond or Certified Check, in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the base bid, shall be submitted with each bid. The Bid Bond shall be made payable to Town of East Hampton and shall be properly executed by the Bidder and acceptable sureties. All bonds must be from sureties registered in the State of Connecticut. No Bidder may withdraw his Bid for a period of thirty (30) days after the date of Bid opening. The Town of East Hampton reserves the right to accept or reject any or all options, bids or proposals; to waive any technicality in any bid or part thereof, and to accept any bid deemed to be in the best interest of the Town of East Hampton.
