St. Charles County is seeking proposals from qualified firms to provide the Family Arena with a digital production intercom solution St. Charles County, Missouri, is hereby issuing this Request for Proposal (RFP) to identify and contract with a qualified firm to install a digital intercom system that includes wireless belt pack functionality. This review will assist the County in selecting one firm through this RFP. The County is seeking and inviting proposals from firms that are qualified, able, and willing to provide the services described herein to St. Charles County, Missouri The County reserves the right to terminate the RFP process for any reason at any time and post notification of such decision on the same website where this RFP is posted. Performance Bonds: A 100% Performance and Payment Bond in favor of the Owner. The Security Co. representing Contractor must be authorized to do business in the State of Missouri and be approved by Owner. Performance and Payment bond will be required if project is $50,000.00 or greater The County reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to reject any and all proposals, or parts of any proposal, for any reason whatsoever and waive technicalities.
