This work shall include furnishing all labor, material, and equipment to complete the project RAILROAD MUSEUM ROAD as described in the specifications and shown in the plans. Work includes the construction of a new road from Yucca Street to Mescal Street as shown on the plans. This work shall also include construction of water, sewer and electric utilities, curb and gutter, sidewalk, driveways, streetlights, irrigation and landscaping, connections to existing services, striping, signage, and electrical equipment purchases for installation by City crews. The work shall also include coordination with City crews for connection to existing infrastructure for water, sewer and electric utilities. City crews will be responsible for the removal of the existing overhead lines and poles once the new electrical conduits have been installed and the new underground electric system is placed in service. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive any informality in a bid, and to make awards in the interest of the Owner ENGINEER'S ESTIMATE OF PROBABLE COST: $ 5,150,000 - $ 5,350,000 PRE-BID CONFERENCE: A pre-bid conference will not be held for this project PROPOSAL GUARANTEE: Each proposal shall be accompanied by a certified or cashier's check orbid bond in an amount not less than ten percent (10%) of the total bid price All questionsrelative to this project prior to the opening of bids shall be completed utilizing the Nevada Government eMarketplace (NGEM) question portal.
