22159 No bidder may withdraw his bid within 60 days after the actual date of opening thereof. This project shall consist of furnishing of all material, equipment, machinery, labor, etc., necessary for the construction of the facilities more particularly described below and shown on the Plans. Work shall include all necessary items of construction and equipment within the limits shown on the Plans in order to provide finished installations complete in every respects. Any incidental operations, accessories, tests, etc., which are, in the opinion of the ENGINEER, necessary to complete the installation and place it in operation shall be provided regardless of whether or not they are specifically mentioned herein. No extra payment will be made except as provided for under adjustment items in the Bid Form or as extra work items authorized by the ENGINEERS in writing. Unless noted otherwise on the Drawings, the work to be performed under the contract shall consist of furnishing all materials and erecting complete, including foundation, painting and other related items, ground level water reservoirs of size and characteristics as described on the Drawings. Piping included in this Contract shall be as shown on the Drawings This specification covers repairs and improvements of the following water storage tank(s), all in accordance with the inspection reports provided: 1) Cardwell Mtn Water Storage Tank (2.0 mg) 2) Cope Mtn Water Storage Tank (2.0 mg) 3) Short Mtn Water Storage Tank (0.5 mg) 4) Harrison Ferry Mtn Water Storage Tank (0.5 mg) 5) Clearwell x 2 (0.25 mg each) 6) High Service Wet Well (30,000 gallon) 7) Blues Hill Water Storage Tank (0.1 mg)
