As of August 4, 2023, this project is currently under construction. *The closed solicitation has been included below for reference: The Camp Ravenna Joint Military Training Center (CRJMTC) is a 22,000-acre close facility of the Ohio National Guard located along the north side of SR 5, east of Ravenna, west of Newton Falls, and south of Windham. The Main Post Cantonment Area is an 80- acre subset of CRJMTC that is located in the immediate vicinity of the installation's main access gate on SR 5. The intersection of George Road and South Service Road is the approximate center of the Main Post Cantonment Area. The CRJMTC is a training facility for troop's preparedness. Over 3000 troops and personnel go through this facility in one year. The Guard therefore is developing this area with buildings and infrastructures to support these needs. Building 01019 was completed circa 2020 with the plans of the buildings and infrastructure for connections located in the design.This building is being converted into a DFAC. See attached SOW for more details. The magnitude of this project is between $100,000 and $200,000. All interested concerns will provide this office, in writing, a notice stating their positive into submit a bid as a prime contractor no later than 27 June 2022. This notification, which shall not exceed 5 typewritten pages, must include (1) positive statement of intent to bid as a prime contractor, and (2) a completed and signed Sources Sought Information Request Form (Attached) and (3) A listing of projects completed during the past three years, both for government and private industry. The type of project, dollar value, Contract Number, Location, and Point of Contact are to be included. Indicate if you were prime or subcontractor, and if subcontractor, provide name and point of contact for the prime contractor. (4) A brief outline of resources, subcontractors, and key personnel that would be used to accomplish the contract. In the event that adequate Small Business contractors are not available for adequate competition for this project, it may be advertised as unrestricted. Information shall be provided via Email to: Bradley.a.wahl.civ@army.mil. Include the following in the subject line - Sources Sought CJAGMTC DFAC 2022 No facsimile responses will be honored. The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
