The work covered by the Contract Documents includes resurfacing of an asphalt parking lot at the North Ridgeville High School. The Engineer's opinion of probable construction cost is $125,000 to 135,000 as of May 2022. Each bidder is required to furnish with its proposal a Bid Guaranty and Contract Bond in accordance with the Contract Documents. Bid security furnished in Bond form shall be issued by a Surety Company or Corporation licensed in the State of Ohio to provide said surety. Each Proposal must contain the full name of the party or parties submitting the proposal and all persons interested herein. Each Bidder must submit evidence of its experiences on projects of similar size and complexity. The North Ridgeville City Schools reserves the right to reject any and all BIDS or to increase or decrease or omit any item or items and/or award to the lowest and best Bidder. The North Ridgeville City Schools reserves the right to waive any informalities or irregularities in the bidding.
