The Labor Building, built in 1887, is a contributing building to the downtown Raleigh, NC Capitol Historic District and is listed on the National Register of Historic Places. All work on the historic Labor Building shall conform to best practices for historic restoration and rehabilitation. Matching of historic paint colors for sash color (dark red) and frame and trim color (blue green) will be required for all prefinished replacement windows, trim, and exterior painting, matching the placement of the historic colors on the existing building. Addendum #1-#3 have been issued as of 10-20-2023.
