Per the owner, as of August 18, 2023, a design team has been selected. The owner states that construction is anticipated to begin in the first quarter of 2024 and they will advertise for bids about a month before the start of construction. Closed solicitation has been included below for reference. ............... The City of Battle Ground is seeking services for design of a new water reservoir and water well. The City of Battle Ground encourages disadvantaged, minority, and women-owned consultant firms to respond. Consultants will be held to federal EEO requirements for any project containing federal funds. Consultants will also be held to the ADA and Civil Rights requirements for the City of Battle Ground. The City of Battle Ground, in accordance with the provisions of Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, (78 Stat. 252, 42 U.S.C. 2000d to 2000d-4) and the Regulations, hereby notifies all bidders that it will affirmatively ensure that in any contract entered into pursuant to this advertisement, disadvantaged business enterprises will be afforded full and fair opportunity to submit bids in response to this invitation and will not be discriminated against on the grounds of race, color, or national origin in consideration for an award.
