Invitation for Bids (IFB) LB 22-003 Environmental Abatement & Disposal of Asbestos and Hazardous Materials & Demolition and Disposal of 509 and 513 W Seventh St. in Flint, Michigan is being re-issued by the Genesee County Land Bank Authority (GCLBA) and funded through grants from the City of Flint's Department Housing and Urban Development Community Development Block Grant and Environmental Protection Agency Multipurpose Grant. GCLBA invites the submission of bids from contractors who are capable, qualified, and experienced to conduct the abatement, demolition and disposal of residential structures located in Genesee County. Bids are due no later than 3:00 pm on Tuesday, May 10, 2022. Sealed bids can be delivered to the Genesee County Land Bank, 452 S. Saginaw St, 2nd Floor, Flint, MI 48502, envelopes must be sealed and clearly marked with the bid number. The bid documents can be found at www.thelandbank.org under the tab "Current Bids". Incomplete proposals and those received after the deadline will not be considered. A public bid opening will be held immediately after the deadline at the Land Bank.
