The proposed work entails new roadway signage, striping, and minor concrete-curb work to calm arterial traffic, improve pedestrian access by shortening pedestrian crossing distances, and increase the visibility of traffic signals. Curb ramps will be upgraded to current ADA standards. All work will be within the existing City right of way. The DBE Contract goal is 21% percent.
