This Contract covers the following work at Kent Maximum Institution, North and South Blocks, Agassiz, B.C. Phased demolition of existing AHU's, chiller, boilers, pumps, ducts, pipes, insulations and other HVAC equipment and associated pneumatic control and electrical components, including legal disposal of equipment and materials. Phased installation of new HVAC equipment, Air Source Heat Pumps, Boilers, Domestic Water Heaters, Pumps, piping, ductwork and DDC system. Replacing chilled water piping in South Block. Complete commissioning of each phase and hand-over to the owner prior to start of work in the next phase. Removal of air ducts containing asbestos in duct seals. To assist with insurance and bonding requirements, this project is estimated to cost between $5,000,001 to $20,000,000.
