The Work of Project is defined by the Contract Documents and consists of the following 1. 18 Lighting contactors and 5 lighting control panels will be replaced in the sculpture gardens. 2. 45 Linear lighting fixtures in the attic space will be provided to illuminate the grand hall. 9 Downlighting fixtures in the attic will be provided to illuminate the grand hall staircase. 3. 6 New pole-mounted exterior cameras in and around the sculpture garden. 4. 24 New wall- or ceiling-mounted interior/exterior cameras for the building. 5. 1 New exterior door entry systems with integral door release, intercom, and camera. 1 New exterior door entry system with integral door release, intercom, card reader, and camera. 6. Upgrade of hardware and consolidation onto a single software platform of the access control, security, and video systems. 7. Alternate 1 will provide for the replacement of Air Handling Units 10 and 11 located on the first floor along with associated electrical and piping components. 8. Alternate 2 will provide for the replacement of Air Handling Units 12 and 13 located on the first floor along with associated electrical and piping components. The City of New Orleans has identified certain Electrical equipment which is in need of replacement or repair. These items will be refurbished or replaced in kind. Unless noted otherwise, new equipment will be specified to meet current codes and standards but will be else-wise sized to match the existing equipment. The City of New Orleans strongly encourages minority-owned and women-owned businesses, socially and economically disadvantaged businesses and small businesses to respond to this solicitation, or to participate in subcontracting opportunities pursuant to this solicitation.
