The Rockdale County Board of Commissioners is soliciting sealed bids to furnish all labor, material, and equipment for the Parking Lot Construction for Various Facilities for Rockdale County.Execution of Performance shall start on the express date set by the awarding agency and the Contractor, after all approvals have been obtained and this Agreement is fully executed. Should the Contractor fail to commence work at the agreed upon time, the awarding agency, upon five (5) days written notice to the Contractor, reserves the right to terminate this Agreement.
