The work to be done includes, but is not limited to: rehabilitation of Marin Valley Mobile Country Club (MVMCC) Pump Station No. 1 including required demolition of the existing pump station, demolition and removal of the existing generator and controls, and including construction of a new 6" HDPE force main, modifications to the existing subsurface concrete structure, construction of a valve pit, rehabilitation of the influent manhole, replacement of the influent sewer, installation of a new pump control panel and all electrical work, installation of a 40 kW engine generator, all surface improvements, site improvements, fencing, landscaping, drainage improvements, pavement restoration, temporary controls, bypass pumping, erosion control, and all other work as shown on the Plans and as called for in the Special Provisions and as directed by the Engineer.
