Construct new roadway on Mid Valley Road from Eagle Mountain Boulevard to Sheps Ridge Road, including asphalt pavement, roadside ditch grading, topsoil/reseeding and 663 LF of 24- inch RCP culvert with (14) flared end sections and (2) plugs. Construct right turn deceleration and acceleration lanes and a left turn lane on Eagle Mountain Boulevard at the new intersection, including asphalt removal, asphalt pavement, shoulder gravel and topsoil/reseeding. Provide and install striping and signage after obliterating necessary striping on Eagle Mountain Boulevard and Mid Valley Road. The completion date for this project shall be no later than July 25, 2024. ** Bid Bond for 5% of the total project required with the bidding documents** ** 100% Performance Bond will be posted by the approved contractor at contract signing ** ** 100% Payment Bond will be posted by the approved contractor at contract signing ** Question Deadline 10/19/2023 at 5:00 PM Questions arising subsequent to the issuance of this bid should all be submitted in writing through the State of Utah online procurement portal. Questions and answers will be consolidated and provided to all Firms on record of receiving this invitation to bid. The City reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, including without limitation, nonconforming, nonresponsive, unbalanced, or conditional Bids.
