This is a Pre-Solicitation Notice from the GSA Region 10 Capital Project Delivery Team. The Contracting Officer is requesting information for all concerns to include Small Business and Large Business concerns to provide a comprehensive market research determination for acquisition strategy. This timeframe considers qualified vendor preparation in notifying potential A-E subconsultants and subcontractors, the pre-proposal conference site visits, pre-proposal questions and answers, solicitation amendments, submission and evaluation of proposals, negotiation and review. The contracting officer encourages all firms, Small and Large Business firms to submit their interest via the survey to ensure the best determination for acquisition strategy. The contracting officer will review JV relationships that are qualified and can meet the limitations in subcontracting under the assigned NAICS code. The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time.
