The City of Sky Valley, GA is requesting proposals to include: all labor, equipment, materials and travel expenses related to the construction of one pickleball court (30' x 60') in Sky Valley, GA. In 2017, the City constructed two (2) pickleball courts. At that time, land area was set aside for a future third court. The City is in position to construct this third court now with anticipated court construction and completion by or before late Spring (June 1) 2024. When submitting the proposal, the following factors should be taken into consideration : Remove 60' of existing fencing and gate. Store for future reinstall. New court should blend in, and tie as smoothly as possible to the existing courts. Install 60' of new 10' fencing. Re-install 60' of existing fencing and gate. Clean up site after completion When submitting proposal, please include the "out the door" price, the schedule of payment and the availability to begin and complete construction within the above listed time frame.
