Appurtenances 2022 Utility project will reconstruct 11th Avenue North (Main Street to Well Street), Monroe Street (11th Ave N to cul de sac), Pierce Street (11th Ave N to Sand Lake Road), and work within a utility easement at Center 90 (11th Ave N to Sand Lake Road). The Onalaska branch of the United States Post Office, St. Patrick Elementary School, St. Patrick Catholic Church, and Center 90 are all located within or along the 2022 Utility project construction boundary. Construction activities along 11th Avenue North in front of St. Patrick Elementary School, St. Patrick Catholic Church, and the United States Post Office will be limited to a construction timeframe from May 31st to August 26th, 2022. The existing water main, gravity sanitary sewer, and sanitary sewer force main are located on the eastern half of 11th Avenue North, with the two sanitary sewer utilities located only a few horizontal feet apart. In order to maintain proper utility separation distances during construction it is anticipated that the Contractor would have to install the new water main on the western half of 11th Avenue North, including water service reconnection, prior to replacement of either sanitary sewer utility
