The Site Location: The project site is located along the Rio Grande-Rio Bravo river vega between Laredo, Texas and Nuevo Laredo, Tamaulipas spanning a geographic area that encompasses approximately 6.3 river miles (10.1 river kilometers) from the Laredo Water Museum/Paso del Indio to Parque Viveros near Chacon Creek, which includes the downtown urban riverfront between both U.S.-Mexico border cities.
