This item includes all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to provide emergency and specialized maintenance and construction services consisting of water and sewer main repair, electrical repair, manhole repair and other specialized services that are beyond the Portage County Water Resources capabilities as specified below. Each bid shall be accompanied by a bid bond with satisfactory surety or by a certified check, cashier's check, or money order drawn on a solvent bank and payable to the Portage County Board of Commissioners in the amount of Five thousand and 00/100 dollars ($5,000.00). Successful Bidder must comply with Equal Employment Requirements as specified in Executive Orders 11246 and 11375. The Commissioners reserve the right to reject any or all bids or any part thereof. This item includes all labor, materials and equipment necessary to provide emergency and specialized maintenance and construction services consisting of water and sewer main repair, electrical repair, manhole repair and other specialized services that are beyond the Portage County Water Resources capabilities as specified below.
