The work under this heading includes the furnishing of all labor, materials, equipment, apparatus, tools, transportation, protection, and services necessary for, and reasonably incidental to, the proper execution and completion of all cold-formed metal framing work as indicated in the Construction Drawings and/or herein specified. The 2017-2019 Wisconsin State Budget (2017 Wisconsin Act 59) repealed Wisconsin prevailing wage laws. Effective September 23, 2017, state prevailing wage requirements on state building projects no longer apply. The General Prime Contractor shall procure all permits, licenses, and approvals necessary for the execution of this Contract and performance of the Work, and shall provide evidence of such permits, licenses, and approvals at the PreConstruction Meeting or before commencement of the Work. Representatives from the A/E office will be available to take questions for answers in addendum. DFD reserves the right to reject any and all bids, or to waive any informality in any bid, or to accept any bid which will serve the best interests of the State.DFD reserves the right to reject bids submitted electronically if abidder uses a remote online notarization technology provider that has not been approved by DFI.
