Major elements of the project include: 1. A new multi-story elementary school prototype adapted for use at two new school campuses, each on an approximately 13 - 15-acre site and providing approximately 837 student stations for Pre-Kindergarten - 5th grade educational programs. 2. Facilities and site amenities meeting Owner design guideline and program requirements, as said requirements may be modified through the design process. 3. Site improvements, including but not limited to grading, drainage, retaining walls, underground utilities, storm water retention, etc. required in support of the new facilities. 4. Off-site improvements which may include but are not limited to an adjacent frontage roadway, turn lanes, driveways and underground utilities. Anticipated Award Date 2/8/2022 The estimated construction cost is approximately $22,000,000 for Site 47-E-W-4 and $23,000,000 for Site 97-E-SE-2 respectively a total construction cost of $45,000,000. The Construction Management firm is to provide all professional services to deliver to the owner safe, finished, and fully functioning Elementary School Facilities within the estimated construction budget.
