Shortlist Confirmed The Upper Trinity Regional Water District (Owner) is requesting Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) to prequalify offerors considering submitting a bid for the construction of the Removal and Upsize of Section of Phase 1A Water Transmission Pipeline. Statement of Qualifications ONLY for: Description of Work: Removal of existing water transmission pipeline (16-inch, 18-inch, 24-inch, and 30-inch) and installation of approximately 10,000 linear feet of 36-inch pipeline and appurtenances in Copper Canyon, TX. One railroad crossing by trenchless technology. Sequenced construction in limited working space requiring strict adherence to allowable shutdown times and project schedule The project is to be complete 400 days from the Contractor's Notice to Proceed, but actual bid documents will govern. Questions are to be submitted using the question-and-answer process Electronically. Responses to questions posted on the bid document website will be posted Electronically for the benefit of all prospective offerors. A response will be posted for questions submitted no later than noon (12pm) on Tuesday, October 12, 2021. SOQs will be evaluated based on the following: *Experience / past performance of the company * Experience and qualifications of key personnel * Demonstrated ability to provide Performance and Payment Bonds and insurance * Demonstrated safety performance * Demonstrated financial stability Owner will review the SOQs submitted by prospective offerors and post a list of prequalified offerors by October 28, 2021. Bids will not be accepted from offerors that are not prequalified to submit a bid. The project is tentatively scheduled to advertise November 1, 2021, with a bid opening on November 23, 2021. Prospective offerors must demonstrate that they meet the minimum requirements for experience with similar projects along with other considerations outlined in the request for SOQ to be qualified to submit a bid.
