Bid Alternate Bid alternate items of work at Lexington Green Park include construction of pavilion additions, concrete paving, site preparation & grading, rain gutters/downspouts and related work. The Work will be substantially completed on or before October 14, 2022 and completed and ready for final payment in accordance with the General Conditions on or before October 28, 2022.
