Notice is hereby given that the County of Alameda General Services Agency ("GSA") Purchasing Department ("County" or "Owner") will receive sealed bids for the following project Question Deadline 11/29/2023 All questions about the meaning or intent of the Contract Documents are to be directed in writing, including by e-mail, to County. Interpretations or clarifications considered necessary by County in response to such questions will be issued in writing by Addenda faxed, mailed, or delivered to all parties recorded by County as having received the Contract Documents. The County reserves the right to reject any and all bids and/or waive any irregularity in any bid received. If the County awards the Contract, the security of unsuccessful bidder(s) shall be returned within sixty (60) days from the time the award is made. Unless otherwise required by law, no bidder may withdraw its bid for ninety (90) days after the date of the bid opening.
