Project Description: The scope of work includes new construction, modernization, and renovation improvements throughout campus. The following elements are included: New two-story welcome center with (10) classrooms, administrative offices, health services, counseling, and teacher's lounge; renovation of (9) classroom buildings, cafeteria, and campus restrooms; upgraded softball field and associated facilities; site improvements consisting of accessibility upgrades and site security enhancements; removal of 8 portable classrooms from site; and demolition of existing administration building. RFI DEADLINE: Submit RFI's electronically no later than August 17, 2023, at noon. Refer to the RFI instructions in the Front-End Docs for further instructions. Final addendum including RFI responses will be issued on September 5, 2023.
