Memorial Park Bridge and Pavilion Replacement Copies of bidding and contract documents are on file at the Engineer's Office, 11545 Royalton Road, North Royalton, Ohio where they are available for inspection. Each proposal must be signed and shall be submitted on the forms provided, must contain the full names of the party or parties making the same and all persons interested therein. The character and amount of the Bid Performance Bonds are also stated in the Instruction to Bidders. All proposals shall be in conformity with the Ohio Revised Code and the contracts shall be awarded in accordance with the provisions thereof. The regulations of the State of Ohio relative to the procurements of labor, wage rates and hours of employment shall apply. The Ordinances and Resolutions of the City of North Royalton, Drug Free Workplace Policy for Municipal Construction Projects, shall apply. No bidder may withdraw his bid for a period of thirty (30) days after scheduled closing date for receipt of bids. All questions during the bidding period shall be directed to and addressed by Behnke Associates Inc., Landscape Architects/Planners, attention Thomas F. Zarfoss, FASLA. All questions shall be in written form and will be responded to in writing. The deadline for questions is 72 hours prior to the bid date. Each bidder must insure that all employees and applicants for employment are not discriminated against because of their race, creed, color, sex, or national origin.
