Mill existing roadway 1 1/2 in. deep and replace with 2in. ware course Westfield Ave. Wesley to circle. Mill existing roadway 1 1/2 in. deep and replace with 2in. ware course.Grove Street. Mill existing roadway 1 1/2 in. deep and replace with 2in. ware course.Holbrook Street. Mill existing roadway 1 1/2 in. deep and replace with 2in. ware course. . Millings are to be removed from each job site by the contractor. Asphalt design mixes shall conform to HMA.50.375. Asphalt Mixes, Connecticut Standard Specifications for Roads and Bridges. Street sweep area of all dirt and debris.Apply tack coat on all roads.
