The pavement rehabilitation project consists in removing 6.75-Inches of the existing Asphalt Concrete (AC) pavement and base material by milling. Rebuild the 6.75-Inches of AC as specified on the proposed pavement structural section included on the construction plans. The project includes improvements to water services, sidewalk, ramps, curb and gutter, and storm drainage facilities at various locations specified on the construction plans. Bonds: a Performance Bond in an amount equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the Contract Sum, and a Materials and Labor (Payment) Bond in an amount equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the Contract Sum Questions must be received through the Procurement Portal by 11:00 am AZ Time on, 11/17/2023 so that a response may be posted as an addendum to the RFB through the Procurement Portal Any Bidder may withdraw or revise his bid by written request to the City, at any time prior to the deadline for bid submittal as set forth in the Request for Bids. Any withdrawal or revision must be signed by the person indicated on the Authorized Signature Form. If a Bidder withdraws his bid after the time set for opening bids, the Bid Bond is subject to forfeiture as liquidated damages.
