The awarded Subcontractor is Roofing - Almar LLC - $185,500.00 and Homer Contracting, Inc. $ 100,000.00. Categories of Historical Wood Shingle Roofing, Membrane Roofing, Sheet Metal Flashing and Trim and Painting Each general bid, and each sub-bid shall be accompanied by a 5% bid deposit in the form of a bid bond, certified check, or a treasurer's or cashier's check issued by a responsible bank or trust company, payable to the City of Waltham in the amount of five percent (5%) of the value of the bid. Bid deposits will be dealt with as provided in Massachusetts General Laws, Chapter 149, Section 44B. Performance and Labor and Materials Payment bonds in the full amount, 100% of the contract price will be required from the successful bidder.
