A copy of the certified check, bid bond, or share draft is to be uploaded in the assigned requested attachments area. If a company who has a check is awarded the bid, the City will request the physical check at that time. The certified check or share draft will be returned to the successful bidder once the agreement has been executed. Letters of credit and company or personal checks are not acceptable substitutes for a bid bond and will be cause for rejection of bid. The successful bidder will be required to furnish satisfactory performance and payment bonds in the amount of one-hundred percent (100%) of the total bid price, a certificate of insurance and a certificate of equal employment opportunity and comply with minimum wage provisions as established by the U.S. Department of Labor. The work under the proposed contract shall be completed as detailed in the Instructions to Bidders. All work is to be completed on or before October 31, 2024.
