Notice is hereby given that the Georgia State Financing and Investment Commission (GSFIC) will accept sealed bids on behalf of the Technical College System of Georgia (Owner) for the project entitled Georgia BioScience Training Center in strict conformity with bidding and contract documents. This project will consist of the addition of a new parking lot and associated site lighting to accommodate additional parking spaces at the existing Georgia BioScience Training Center. GSFIC will use the e-Builder Project Management system to receive, review and store contractor bids and supporting documents. Earthwork includes, but is not limited to, excavation, filling, compacting and grading in the areas shown on the drawings to obtain the required finished ground surface properly prepared to receive pavements, walks, building floor slabs, utilities, and drainage structures.
