MAPS - Kennedy Elementary Addition/Renovations and MSHS Gymnasium Addition Project scope includes but is not limited to renovation of 87,000 square feet of existing space and a 1,500-square foot addition to the existing high school. The scope includes extensive site improvements, parking and bus loop. Instructions for Bidding: Bids shall be submitted in a sealed, opaque envelope identifying the bidder, the Project Title, and the Work Category. Faxed, emailed and electronic bids will not be accepted. Include two, signed originals of your bid. The following forms, included in the Project Manual, must be completed, and submitted with the bid: - Sworn Statement of Familial Relationship (MCL 380.1267) - Iran Business Relationship Affidavit (2012 PA 517) - Bid Security Bids submitted without these completed forms may be considered non-responsive.
