The Illinois Eastern Colleges - Frontier College at Fairfield, is an 8-building facility established in 1974. The Illinois Eastern Community College at Olney, is an 11-building facility established in 1940. The scope of work provides for replacement of the parking lots on two campuses. At the Frontier location, the work will include replacement of an approximately 47,000 square foot gravel lot with concrete and installation of security lighting. At the Olney location, the work will include replacement of an approximately 34,000 square foot asphalt parking lot with concrete. The A/E will need to determine if any components of this project are eligible for a utility company or other energy grant/rebate and will be responsible for preparing and submitting the grant application if the project qualifies for the rebate. There are no MBE/WBENBE/PBE goals applied to the A/E team, but participation is encouraged. COST RANGE : – UNDER $700,000 Bid Protest. Bidder may submit a written protest to the Protest Review Office following the requirements of the Administrative Rules, 44 Ill. Adm. Code 8.2075. For protests related to specifications, the Protest Review Office must physically receive the protest no later than fourteen (14) days after solicitation or related addendum was posted to the Bulletin. For protest related to rejection of individual bids or awards, the protest must be received by close of business no later than fourteen (14) days after the protesting party knows or should have known of the facts giving rise to the protest. To reach the Protest Review Office: *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
