**As of 5/25/2021 Project was awarded and award amount $6,263,844.99. Paving selected roadways throughout Greene County, OH All scheduling and field operations are to be directed to Paul Pratter, Inspector at 937-562-7514. SCOPE OF WORK General Statements: This a collective bid by Greene County Engineer, including other governmental jurisdictions located in Greene County, Ohio, for the purpose of constructing an overlay of Item 441 (448) Type 1, 404, and/or 441 (448) Type 2, and other associated work to selected roadways. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment and materials to provide Item 441 (448) & 404 resurfacing. The project shall include, but not limited to, Item 441 (448)-Type 1, Item 404, Item 441 (448)-Type 2, Pavement Milling, Manhole and Water Valve adjustments, 407 tack and butt joints. This is a prevailing wage contract in accordance with the Ohio Prevailing Wage Laws under State of Ohio, Department of Commerce. The intent is to award a contract based upon lowest and best bid for all work defined within these specifications. This shall result in the collective bid being awarded to one contractor. Bid each jurisdiction based actual cost to perform the work based upon the specifications and materials listed and/or noted. This project provides for a format, bid by the Greene County Engineer, in which each jurisdictions/Representative(s), for their respective jurisdictions, shall decide all questions as to quality and acceptability of materials furnished and work performed either expressed or implied by these specifications
