The work will include, but not be limited to: Providing all labor, equipment, and materials required to remodel existing classrooms in two separate school buildings into outpatient wellness centers, one at Lowell Elementary School and one at Nova High School. Work shall include partial demolition, framing and drywall partitions, electrical power and lighting, communications, plumbing, and HVAC modifications, cabinetry, floor, and wall finishes, and modifications to the existing suspended ceiling. The cost range is $325,000.00 to $350,000.00 per building, $650,000.00 to $700,000.00 total. Shortly after 2:00 p.m. Owner reserves the right to postpone the Bid opening. The Project sites are available for drive by inspection. by pro-spective bidders for exterior view-ing at, Lowell Elementary School, 1058 East Mercer Street, Seattle, WA 98102 and Nova High School at 24410 East Cherry Street, Seattle, WA 98122. Check in at the main office at each school if walking the exterior of site. To best comply with current COVE1)-19 health and safety guidelines, meeting participants are required to adhere to the following: do not attend if not feeling well or currently COV.[.[)-1.9 positive, provide and wear own personal protective equipment (PPE) including face mask, and maintain six-foot social distancing as feasible.
