The Park District of Highland Park is accepting sealed bids for the 2021 Rosewood Park Drainage/Grading Improvements Project. The Park Board of the Park District of Highland Park reserves the right to reject any or all bids in full or in part, if it shall deem it in the public interest to do so. In submitting a bid, Contractor acknowledges that Contractor must, to the extent that it applies, comply with all requirements of the Illinois Prevailing Wage Act and all other applicable Illinois laws. The Park District of Highland Park is seeking sealed bids for the following scope of work: drainage and grading improvements on the ravine bluff at Rosewood Park, 883 Sheridan Road, Highland Park, Il. The scope is to include installation of trench drain, (six inch) 6" and (eight inch) 8" PVC (directional bore), (one) 1 Energy Dissipating Structure, (one)1 storm manhole, (five) 5 catch basins, rip rap splash pad, existing brick paver path regrading, existing ravine path regrading and reconstruction of flagstone retaining wall. The scope of work includes all necessary workmanship to satisfactorily complete the work as required by the contract documents. Work will start April 12, 2021 and conclude by May 14, 2021.
