The City of Grand Haven shall accept bids for professional services to prepare and paint process pipe and equipment at the Northwest Ottawa Water Treatment Plant's low service pumping station at the Grand Haven State Park. The successful bidder is required to furnish a bond or certified check on a solvent bank, payable to the Treasurer of the City of Grand Haven in the amount stated in the Proposal Form as a guarantee for the faithful performance of the contract. The City will determine the sufficiency of the surety. The City Council of the City of Grand Haven reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and/or waive any defect in proposals, and to accept any proposal which it shall deem to be in the best interest of the City.
