The County of San Bernardino, Purchasing Department (County), is seeking Proposals from interested and qualified Proposers to provide Laboratory Services for various County Departments on an as-needed basis, in accordance with the regulatory and governmental agencies. The number of awards will be determined by the quality of the proposals received. Services to be provided under this Request for Proposals (RFP) are outlined under Section V, Scope of Work. The Contract period will be for a maximum of 5 years beginning on September 30, 2020 and ending on September 29, 2025. Questions regarding the contents of this RFP must be submitted in electronically on or before the Deadline for Submission of Questions and directed to the RFP Contact. Questions received via email or phone call will not be answered. All questions submitted in electronically will be answered and both the question and answer will be posted as an Addendum to the RFP. The County may reject as non-responsive any Proposal that does not comply with all of the material and substantial terms, conditions, and performance requirements of the RFP. Further, the County may reject a proposal from any entity that is a parent, affiliate, or subsidiary, or that is under common ownership, control, or management with any other entity submitting a Proposal in response to this RFP.
