Question Cutoff Date 5/12/2022 02:00:00 PM (ET). Questions must be submitted electronically. No questions will be answered over the phone or through email. Time Critical Proposal Deliveries: The City of Plano cannot guarantee, due to internal procedures, that any proposals sent via US mail will be picked up and delivered by the closing date and time. It is recommended that critical proposal deliveries be made either electronically or in-person as described above. It is further recommended that users review all electronic response attachments to ensure the uploaded files are able to be downloaded and viewed. In addition, the City reserves the right to request clarification in such cases. The successful proposer must furnish a performance bond, on the form provided, in the amount of one hundred fifteen percent (115%) of the contract price. Successful proposer must also provide a material and labor payment bond, on the form provided, in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the contract price. Bonds must be from an approved surety company holding a permit from the State of Texas to act as surety, or other sureties acceptable to the City.
