The General Scope of Work is as follows: Renovation of existing pressure regulating valves, controls and associated upgrades to both inground vault locations and above ground equipment at 7 locations in the South Truckee Meadows (Double Diamond/Curti Ranch) area of Reno. This project is anticipated to commence on: November 9, 2020. All questions are required to be submitted to the CSD Project Manager for review by 1 pm on September 16, 2020 in order to allow time to review and respond. 6. Contractor shall provide a detailed construction schedule for approval by the project manager at the project's pre-construction meeting. No proposal will be considered unless accompanied by cashier's check, certified check, or bid bond in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the bid, made payable to the Washoe County Treasurer, as provided for in the General Provisions. The Washoe County Commission will consider award of the contract at a subsequently regularly scheduled meeting. 9. Pursuit to NRS 338.080, if the contract sum is $100,000 or more, then the Contractor is required to pay prevailing wages for the work hereunder. Current prevailing wage rates are available through the State of Nevada Labor Commission.
