The FOREST PRESERVE DISTRICT OF WILL COUNTY reserves the right to accept any bid or any part or parts or combinations thereof, to waive any informalities, and to reject any or all bids. A voluntary pre-bid meeting is scheduled on Friday, September 4 at 11:00 AM at the dam at Hammel Woods.
