For 2020 Street Resurfacing The proposed work includes furnishing all materials, equipment, tools, labor and services necessary for completion o198-2T-f the project. All work shall be done as shown on drawings called for in the description of the work and in a manner directed by the specifications of the City of Hubbard, Trumbull County, Ohio. Approximate quantities of work are: 338 CY of Asphalt Surface Course 338 CY of Asphalt Intermediate Course plus restoration and other miscellaneous items. These items are a partial listing of the quantities contained in the proposal, therefore, the bidders should review the proposal forms for a complete itemization of all quantities of work. Each bid shall contain the name of every person, firm or corporation interested in the same, and must be accompanied by either a bid guaranty and contract bond to the satisfaction of the Owner, or a certified check on a solvent bank, in the sum of 10% of the amount of the bid, made payable to the City of Hubbard as a guaranty that if the bid is accepted, a contract will be entered into and its performance properly secured. The City of Hubbard reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any irregularities in bidding. No bidder may withdraw his bid for a period of 60 days after the scheduled closing time for the receipt of bids.
