THE EL DORADO IRRIGATION DISTRICT, an irrigation special district organized and existing under the California Irrigation District Law (Water Code 20500, et seq.) and authorizing statutes (Water Code 22975, et seq.) ("District"), hereby gives notice that it will accept Bids for construction of the following public work: The Work consists of: Furnish and Installation of 1 each Building Automation Controls Operating System (Not Proprietary). Furnish and Installation of 1 each System Control Platform to serve as the replacement of the Alerton Global Controller. Provide Power Supply solution while utilizing existing panel materials and enclosure, including backplate. Furnish and Install one Control Integration system for 32 each Rooftop AC Units. Furnish and install Unit Controller to connect with unit control strips. Points to be controlled: Supply Air, Return Air, Start/Stop/Status, Digital Room Temperature Sensor w/ setpoint, Economizer Control, Economizers to close/shut to a minimum upon bad air quality. Provide Controls component commissioning. Provide overview graphics that reflect equipment point monitoring. Provide scheduling, data trends, and alarming of critical points. Provide site wide testing and commissioning. Provide 1 each Unit Supply, Return and Outside Air Temperature sensor for each rooftop unit. Provide Closet fan coil unit controller to connect with unit control strips, points to be controlled: Supply Air, Start/Stop/Status, Digital Room Temperature sensor with set-point adjustment. Provide controls component commissioning. Provide overview graphics that reflect equipment point monitoring. Provide scheduling, data trends, and alarming of critical points. Provide site wide testing and commissioning. Provide engineering graphics for system viewing including floorplan layout and zone identification. Minimum 5 hours of On-site operator training for District Staff. Bidders must submit with their Bids either cash, a cashier's check, or certified check from a responsible bank in the United States, or corporate surety bond furnished by a surety authorized to do business in the State of California, of not less than ten percent (10%) of the total amount of Bid (excluding alternates, if any), payable to District. All Bidders choosing to submit a surety bond must submit it on the required form, SECTION 00411 (Bond Accompanying Bid). District will reject as non-responsive any Bid submitted without the necessary Bid security.
