Winsted Water Works seeks to engage a Consulting Engineering firm to provide engineering services for the preparation of the planning and design of new water storage tanks, demolition of an existing storage tank and water main replacement. The Consulting Engineer may also be requested to provide survey, prepare environmental documents and perform construction inspection. Any Contract awarded under this Request for Qualifications is expected to be funded by the State of Connecticut Drinking Water State Revolving Loan Fund. Interested Firms will be evaluated and selected based on the procurement procedures outlined 22a-482-4 (h), (i) and (o) of the Regulations of State Agencies and the Request for Qualifications prepared by the Town of Winchester. The selected firm must meet all Town, State and Federal affirmative action and equal employment opportunity practices The Town of Winchester reserves the right to accept any or reject any or all RFQs or any part thereof if to do so is deemed to be in the best interest of the Town.
