Also, a Maintenance Bond in the amount of 25% is required.Scope of Work The work includes, but is not limited to, selective demolition; selective window replacement, including associated trim and finish work (painting, carpentry, etc); new wall infill with stucco finish at select window openings; first floor lighting upgrade to LED, including lamp retrofit, luminaire replacement, and daylighting controls; boiler and chiller replacement with associated appurtenances; and upgrade of HVAC controls to fully integrate with the existing Carrier Building Automation System, including control retrofit / replacement at existing VAVs and RTUs.Award by the Board of Commissioners is anticipated in February 2020 with construction planned to begin April 2020 contingent on award and contract execution.
